Scheduling Meetings with Outlook's "Meeting Poll" Feature

Instead of using an external scheduling tool (similar to Doodle) to try and find a time that was convenient to all, there is a "Scheduling Pooll" feature integrated into Outlook that allows you to select multiple times and dates and send these to colleagues inside and outside the organization to pick the best one.

Instructions for how to locate the feature are here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/access-scheduling-poll-a8742e97-0b59-45c4-9359-23b582c64a27

Additional instructions on how to create a schedule poll are here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-scheduling-poll-in-outlook-for-windows-34176e59-c87a-4a19-85a4-bb35050ace02

One trick - it is not immediately obvious in the scheduler how to select times on different days. The trick is - select a date, then choose a time or two, and then change the date, after which you can add more potential times. The resulting poll will show all the dates and times that were selected
