How to Edit an Account in COP
On this page you will find documentation on how to Edit Accounts on COP. Only users with Administrator access can do this.
To Edit an Account:
Near the top of the Manage Accounts
page you will find a dropdown menu labelled: Accounts
On this menu you will find the names of all active user accounts on COP.
Select the name of the Account you wish to edit
Under the menu there is a button labelled: Edit Account
Once you select the name you wish to edit select Edit Account
This will take you to a new page with the heading: Edit Username Account
.
On this page you can do the following:
Delete Files: If there are files that are not needed in an account such as a file that failed to import properly, press Delete Files to delete them.
Clear Batch Jobs: If jobs have been added to a batch, you can clear the batch without executing it. This may be useful if a problem job causes Converter Plus to crash.
Change Administrator Access: Update any account to Administrator Access but selecting the check box!
Delete Account: Deleting an account will delete all projects, files and settings.
