Alt-text Examples
On this page you will find examples of completed Alt-text. It is very important to follow the General Guidelines, and other documentation on how to write image descriptions on the Images main page.
The following examples are meant to be used as inspiration for writing alt-text. Remember, context will be the greatest influence for the alt text you create. These examples are subject to change as we adapt to new accessibility standards.
Each page on the
Image Wiki also comes with examples. If you are looking for something specific, such as Gender or Skin tone, please go to the documentation on the wiki for a precise example.
