Q: I'm working on Blade of the Poisoner and all the parts, chapters, and subsection headings are hyperlinked to the Table of Contents (that I removed). I understand we're only supposed to remove links to index items, but in this case the links all just lead to the top of the document and don't take the user to an external website. Should I still leave these links in?
A: Remove these hyperlinks.
